Experience in large scale roll outs project management Customer relationship management Cost, profitability and risk management Subcontracting management Project planning, reporting and processes Leadership Engineering and technical teams management Organizational structure set up of construction department Construction process and specifications drafting and implementation Complete generic and specific designs for rooftop and Greenfield sites RFI, RFQ, subcontractors and suppliers research and evaluation, contract negotiation Strong knowledge of site acquisition and site build process(Rooftops and Greenfield) with field experience (foundation verification, Verticality checks)
